She's the Best Hacker
Valentina was just about to call William when Bruno and the others said that something had happened to Luke.
"Luke went to the mine with Leonard."
Bruno just found out that Leonard was in trouble, and Leonard went to the mine with Luke. Now the two have disappeared.
Upon hearing this, Valentina stuffed her phone back into her pocket and promptly grabbed a technician from a nearby chair.
That technician was a tall man over 6 feet tall, but he was pulled aside single-handedly by a girl by his back collar.
After a stumble, he steadied himself, only to see Valentina sit in his place and put her hands on his keyboard.
He yelled madly, "What are you doing? Stop it immediately. This is not a computer you can touch."
The man ranted at a rapid pace.
Valentina turned back and coldly said, "Shut up!"
The man was taken aback. Seeing his code altered messily on the screen, he was anxious and rushed to pull Valentina.
Bruno and the others decisively blocked him. "Don't move, behave!"
A tense standoff has formed between the two sides.
Upon seeing this, the person in charge of the control station immediately stood up and slammed the table in fury.
"Don't you guys want to live anymore, daring to mess around in the God Armed Alliance? Get out of here right now." He yelled at the person who brought Valentina in.
That person was in a dilemma. These people stayed in the control room all day and might not have known much about Valentina's situation.
But he knew it.
He glanced at Valentina sitting on the chair, wanting to speak but hesitating.
Seeing that no one chased Valentina away as he instructed, the person in charge of the control station grew angrier. "Get out immediately! Do you hear me? If Leonard's rescue is delayed because of you, all your lives wouldn't be enough to compensate!"
Just then, a technician shouted.
"We've located them!"
Everyone heard his words and looked over in unison, only to see the technician staring excitedly at another computer.
And sitting in front of that computer was none other than Valentina.
With her hands moving so fast, the computer screen displayed a car model. In the trunk of the car model, a red dot was flickering and moving quickly.
This red dot was the locator on Leonard, which they had failed to locate no matter what.
She managed to achieve what a dozen professional technicians could not accomplish in less than two minutes.
There was no signal at all. How did she do it?
The head who aggressively wanted to drive Valentina away took two quick steps forward to take a closer look and promptly shut his mouth.
"Leonard is in their trunk. Have you sent people there?" Valentina typed on the keyboard and asked.
The person who brought Valentina in was stunned back to reality and quickly responded, "As soon as we located their car, we sent people to chase after it."
Valentina's hands moved quickly over the keys. "Increase manpower. I want to ensure safety for my people."
"Understood." The man immediately fetched his phone and started executing.
Although they had already located the car and could just follow it, Valentina was still busy typing. What else was she attempting to do?
For a moment, everyone's attention was focused on Valentina and the constantly changing computer screen.
Nobody noticed that someone else had joined the surveillance room.
William walked into the surveillance room silently. His tall figure stood at the back of the crowd while his intense eyes were glued to Valentina.
Using the cell phone they'd located earlier, Valentina swiftly broke into it with a few key commands, and then successfully tapped into it with a virus upload.
Besides Bruno and his team, nearly everyone present was an industry insider.
For these professionals, it wasn't difficult to tap into someone's cell phone. The challenge came when the user employed a blocker on their device.
The thing that was hard for them to believe was Valentina's operational skills and speed.
Never before had they seen such impressive actions, and there were even a few steps they couldn't understand.
Her capabilities were not inferior to Leonard's.
William was witnessing every movement Valentina was making.
So it really was her.
Previously, at Mr. Jefferson's house, he saw the prescription she had left for Mr. Jefferson. He speculated from the handwriting on the prescription that Valentina was the mysterious person who solved the mathematical problem but refused to reveal herself.
And thus he further speculated Valentina was the mysterious hacker who had confronted him through the screen that night.
But he had never been able to confirm it.
But now seeing it with his own eyes, he finally confirmed that the math genius Mr. Jefferson was looking for was her; the person who had confronted him that night was also her.
Who would have guessed that the genius Hacker S, who beat countless hackers hollow, would be an eighteen-year-old girl?
Soon, Isaias, who was taking Leonard and Luke to Machardley, received a call from the boss of the Hurricane.
Valentina successfully monitored their conversation.
She heard the boss anxiously shout at Isaias, "Damn it, the God Armed Alliance guys are after us. How did they find out about us? Tell me quickly. Where the hell is Dr. Seely?"
So, was the boss of the Hurricane also involved and looking for her for treatment? Valentina sneered mockingly.
"Has the God Armed Alliance found you guys? How is that possible?" Isaias couldn't believe that the God Armed Alliance would act so quickly.
Just then, the driver suddenly looked nervous and shouted, "It's the God Armed Alliance members!"
Upon hearing this, Isaias immediately looked out the car window, only to see helicopters flying overhead.
"Don't ask any more questions! Tell me where Dr. Seely is!" The boss of the Hurricane, with his men running for their lives, had the God Armed Alliance forces right behind them.
He didn't get the answer he wanted. All he could hear was Isaias cursing at him before hanging up the phone.
As soon as Isaias hung up, he received a call from a strange and unfamiliar number.
Without a second thought, he wanted to hang up.
But he found that he couldn't and his phone went haywire. After a string of gibberish, the call was automatically answered and put on speaker.
Before Isaias could figure out what was going on, a girl's voice came from the phone.
The first thing she said was full of arrogance and utter disdain. "You idiot, you got the wrong person for your revenge. It was me who blasted your pathetic hideout."
Valentina, holding a headphone in one hand, spoke slowly.
She was speaking the local language that only one person at the scene could understand -William, who couldn't help but smirk when he heard it.
Isaias was stunned for a moment before quickly turned his head to look at the car behind him.
Inside the trunk of the car was Luke - Valentina's subordinate.
Before Isaias could take his revenge on Luke, a shell fell from the sky, and the car behind him was forcefully stopped by people from the God Armed Alliance.
Only his vehicle continued to escape.
The girl's voice came again, and it was very low, like a devil whispering in his ear.
"Back in the Southeast Continent, I should have let Grey gouge out both your eyes."
Isaias' eyes widened in shock as a chill instantly surged from his feet to the top, climbing his back, spreading to his four limbs, and making him shudder with fear.
After saying that, Valentina put down the headphone and stood up.
The crowd surrounding her took a step back in unison, each with a complicated look on their faces.
But it wasn't hard to find the look of admiration for Valentina in their eyes.
Even those like Bruno who didn't understand computers were looking at her with admiration.
Valentina coldly glanced at the person responsible for the control desk. He was so overwhelmed with shame that he lowered his head in embarrassment and didn't utter a sound.
Valentina turned away her gaze, unintentionally meeting eyes with William behind her.
She unconsciously lowered her voice at her last sentence, so he probably didn't hear it, right?
On second thought, even if he heard, so what?
Even if she directly told him that she was Victoria, would he believe?
Who would believe in such an eerie and unrealistic thing as the reincarnation of the soul?
At that moment, the man who had led Valentina over spoke into his mobile phone, "The rescue mission is complete."
Valentina shifted her gaze away from William's face and said in a deep voice, "Bring Isaias back."
How dare Isaias hurt her people!
