It was expected that Isabelle could not find Lucas. While in the dark, she could only see a tall and strong figure standing at her door. It happened all too suddenly and frightened her. She opened her mouth and asked dryly, “Who are you?” Cedar replied softly, “It’s me.” Isabelle then lay on her bed again and shouted, “Big Brother.” The thunder suddenly struck loudly again. Isabelle immediately crawled out of her bed and quickly jumped onto Cedar. She climbed on him and hugged his neck like a koala bear. Cedar’s body stiffened as he heard Isabelle say in a cute yet scared voice, “Big Brother, I’m scared of the thunder. Hug me.” She told him to hold her in such a justified manner. He hugged her waist and soothed her, “I’m here.” Isabelle asked obediently, “Where is Brother Lucas?” “He left because something urgent happened,” said Cedar. “Oh. Big Brother, why are you here?” The thunder outside continued like a drum-roll. Isabelle hugged Cedar tighter until both their bodies were tightly pressed together. Cedar was just a normal male. It was impossible for him to have zero sexual response to her embrace. He forcefully suppressed his desire and said, “I rarely return to Wu City. Whenever I go back to Wu City, I’ll stay somewhere else.” “Oh,” Isabelle asked, “Why don’t you come home? I have rarely seen Big Brother all these years. Big Brother, do you hate coming home?” Hearing that, Cedar’s lips moved into a smile as he explained, “You don’t want to disturb Mom and Dad’s time together, neither do I. I usually visit them in the daytime, but I don’t stay that long and leave quickly. She turned around and rested on his thigh and asked, “Why aren’t you sleeping?” “I’m not sleepy yet,” said the man. Isabelle was in a better spirit after sleeping well. Once she was less sleepy, she asked, “Big Brother, are you angry at me for leaving so suddenly the other day?” Cedar asked in a faint tone, “Why would I be angry?” He paused a little and reminded her, “We’re just siblings. I can’t intervene in your life. The both of us can only… Naturally, I’ll welcome you warmly when you come to my place. I’ll give you anything you want. You can leave whenever you want too. Anyway, I won’t constraint you when you’re at my place. I’m not someone to you.” Isabelle quickly said, “You are my Big Brother.” Cedar lowered his gaze at her.
