They arrived just in time to catch Severin and Callie attempting to flee. Gerry knew right away that the treasure had been looted, and he issued an order. "Catch them!" As soon as he issues the directive, the ten or so of his comrades unleashed their auras and rushed toward Severin and Callie. Everything happened just as Severin and Callie ascended from the surface of that planet. Upon realizing they were being targeted, Callie said, "Argh! The Burkes have arrived!" Her expression shifted to that of panic. Severin then reassured her. "Don't be scared. There are only about ten paragons on their side, all of which are level three and level four." After he finished speaking, a light glowed in his hand, and the Scarletsky Sword immediately appeared in front of him. As he made several seals with both hands, the sword erupted forth with a surge of swordwill, followed by a terrifying sword energy that extended over a thousand feet long. When Callie saw that, she knew that the two of them had reached a critical moment and needed to go all out against their assailants. As soon as she saw Severin wield his weapon, she hesitated for a moment but eventually raised her hands to deploy a colorful, fluttering ribbon. The ribbon burst forth with rainbow-colored light, and it exuded the aura of a superior-quality spiritual treasure.
