It was so hot… It felt like a fire was burning inside me, heating every inch of my skin.
In my daze, I heard someone calling my name.

I struggled to make it out, but the voice seemed muffled, as if it was coming through a veil of mist.
I follow my instincts toward it, and a cool, clean scent closed in. It was like a spring had suddenly welled up in a desert, offering my scorched nerves a moment of relief.
