Clyde sat quietly by the door for a long time, his back resting against the wall. Finally, he pushed himself to his feet and whispered to the closed door. "Cece, will you come back to me if you get your memories back?" He was completely sure that Cecily would choose to be with him again if she regained her memories. After all, she had chased after him for seven years. She wouldn't just walk away from all of that. Once he returned to Jorleton, Clyde searched through his house, looking for anything related to Cecily that might help trigger her memory and bring her past back.
