Millicent's POV  I did not wait to hear or see more. I had heard enough, and I was not shocked nor shaken that I had a taken a life. It was my first and I knew it should have a significant impact on me but I just felt numb. It was another life that set my heart thumping and I knew I had to get to him, to my love - Christopher.
