Kate's POV I got out of the car and ran up to where Ashley was standing, I wrapped my arms around her neck and hugged her tight. Ashley hesitantly hugged me back, obviously confused by my emotional state. "Kate what's up?" She asked with a worried face. I hated that face. It's the one she would always give me when I get angry, upset, and just have a mental break down. "I got into a fight, but that's not what's wrong Wade's dad kicked him out" I replied wiping my runny nose. "Why would he do that?" She asked in a high pitched tone, whenever she used that tone, she was very confused or thought what I said was crazy. "Because of me" I whispered feeling the tears roll down my checks and stained my leather boots. "Sh Kate it's alright what happened, come inside" She told me grabbing my arm and leading me inside. "Go wait in my room, I'll go show Wade to the guest room" She added, and I thanked her running upstairs and into her room. Her room was the same size as mine but hers was emo
