Evelyn’s POV I wanted to scream at Calvin, "Pregnant? Are you out of your mind?"But the pain in my stomach was too strong. My raised hand dropped as I lost my strength. The exhaustion from the past two days finally caught up with me. My body gave out, and I felt myself slipping into darkness. As I passed out, I felt strong arms catch me. Far away, I heard Calvin's scared voice. "Evie! Stay with me, Evie!" His voice shaking. "Get the doctor! Now!" Emma's relieved voice was the first thing I heard when I opened my eyes.
