Aurora It was the final and last day and goddess knew I was more than happy for this to end. I was exhausted and being around Shirley was draining. The hall has been designed to accommodate everyone and provide all the baking tools we needed. We were instructed to bake cakes but make it unique in our own ways and I couldn’t be more grateful. The buzzer went off and I started immediately, Shirley’s stand was beside me while Stella was at my other side. I wondered why I was always placed around them and it made me wonder if it was just the judges being partial. I pushed thoughts about them and began with whisking the sugar and butter. I looked at the crowd to see Julia staring at me with a smile and I couldn’t help but feel proud. She was my friend, one who had stood by me.
