Kyra's POV I sat by the pool edge, dangling my feet in the water. The summer heat melted away instantly. Nathan sat down beside me, smiling. "Aren't you cold? Don't want you getting sick." I pulled his suit jacket tighter around me. "We're werewolves, not that fragile. A little pool water won't hurt us." Nathan was close enough that his calming mint scent surrounded me.
