CHAPTER 120
Hazel looked around in confusion, as she found herself in a blank space, void of anything or anyone.
All she could see were white walls, devoid of any signs that anyone had ever been here before.
But the more she tried to think, or even breathe, the less there was to see.
Her eyes widened as they darted around frantically and she began searching for anything at all to indicate where she was.
There seemed to be nothing; no sound coming from around her, no indication of where her eyes landed. Nothing!
She let out an audible gasp as the ground began to rumble underneath her and soon enough a light shone down from above, blinding her, causing her to raise her hands up in protection.
She slowly lowered them back down when she felt like it would no longer harm her.
When she realised that the light was no longer hurting her eyes, she took one tentative step towards where she thought the light was supposed to be.
