  Serena's POV   That's when the driver removed his hoodie, and my blood ran cold. I let out a loud scream as Ross's voice came through the phone, concerned, "Serena, what's going on?”   I stared at the dustbin collector, my voice shaking.   "Wh...what do you want?"
