Sylvia's POV
I leaned back against the leather seat, feeling the gentle vibration of the Maybach beneath me. The city lights streaked past the tinted windows like shooting stars.
"Where could we possibly be going this late?" I asked, my voice carrying a hint of curiosity.
Caesar's lips curved into that mysterious smile that always made my wolf stir. His hands rested confidently on the steering wheel as he glanced at me.
"A friend of mine opened a racing track up in the mountains," he said, his deep voice filling the car's interior. "Would you like to experience it? The view there at night is breathtaking—you can see the entire city lit up below."
I froze for a moment, then felt a spark of excitement ignite within me. My inner wolf practically howled with anticipation, desperate for the thrill after years of suppressing her true nature.
