Scarlett Light. My eyelashes fluttered. I frowned and groaned from the light that hit my face. It was faint at first and thought I could just ignore it and go back to my dreamland again, but it was hitting my face that I thought my face would get burned if I won’t get up. The first thing I did was to raise my hand to block my face. However, my hand was too heavy for me to lift so it almost made me hallucinate if I still have my arms or not. I let out a groan. Air filled my lungs in a shaky breath. Then I felt the pain that still lingered on my body, the dullness, and the soreness of it. Yet, it couldn’t compare to the hollow empty thing that I felt. All the events had rushed to my head, constantly pouring, that it made me frown from the pain in my head. Right. I just managed to dissolve my bond with Alexander. It was a successful event… but the price was too heavy for me to bear. I had lost Kaya again all because I want to get free from Alexander. The silence and hollow feeling terrify
