"This will be your room while you stay here," Rosaline said as she gestured to the lavish bedroom she'd ushered me into. "I hope it's to your taste." "Thank you for your hospitality, but I can't stay here." She paused in the doorway with a sigh. "I understand that you're worried about what the Crysauralians will do when they find you gone, but Luca didn't have you brought here without a plan. He'll deal with everything so there's no need for you to worry." Of course that didn't make me feel better. Luca was opposed to my relationship with Ashton and for some reason he hated the imperial royal family. I could understand that the Origen Association was wrong for imprisoning him, but Ashton's family had nothing to do with that.
