#Chapter 172 – My mother isn’t who she claims to be

Sebastian paced back and forth through the living room of the small home. It’s been over an hour since Hannah disappeared. He knew he should have gone after her right away; he shouldn’t have let her go alone. But he knew once she had her mind set on something, there was no changing it. She insisted on needing to get some air.
Now it’s been over an hour, and he hasn’t been able to get through to her.
“Try mindlinking her again,” Raya suggested; he could hear the worry in her tone as well. She didn’t want to lose her best friend again; not after they disappeared for 5 years.
“I have,” Sebastian growled. “It’s not going through.”
“You don’t think Jack has her in custody, do you?” Raya asked, looking over at Arnold who looked uncertain.
“It would make sense,” Arnold agreed. “She did break the law and Jack is a hard ass when it comes to the law.”
“I’m going after her,” Sebastian said, storming toward the door.
“You don’t even know where she went?” Raya call
