Estelle wanted to ask Clara about it, but Clara didn't let her. She'd immediately said goodbye and hung up, sounding rushed as if she was going to be the bride herself. Estelle then recalled what Clara had just said to her. She'd said that there was going to be a huge event, and both of their old roommates would also be there. Clara even said she wouldn't forgive Estelle if she didn't attend. Did that mean Clara was the one getting married? No wonder Alex had flown home without telling anyone about it. Estelle then called Connie Lambert, her assistant, and told her to prepare a huge wedding gift and book a ticket to Lunavras. After all, Estelle had known Clara for ten years, and they were best friends. She couldn't possibly turn up at her best friend's wedding empty-handed.
