Chapter 168 The Messenger
Leo's POV
I felt a shiver run down my spine as my eyes met with my brothers. We hadn't wanted Maya to know about Jackson being missing just yet, but it seemed that it was too late. Our secret was out.
She was out of it, high on pain killers and weak from the wolfsbane that had been forced on her from that cell. I swallowed hard and winced at the thought of finding her in that room.
It was horrible, and I would never have forgiven myself if she had died. She had been through so much. The shit we had put her through, the death of her beloved Nate and being forced to be a luna to our enemy. I clenched my fists, causing the nails to dig into my skin. I didn't care about that. Maya's pain was worse than what I could feel.
"Where is my son? Where the fuck is he?" Maya yelled, sweat dripped from her forehead, and her eyes looked like they were about to pop out from their sockets.
