Joshua naturally picked up Jasmine's plate and utensils. He wiped them clean before handing them to her. Penny and Lena exchanged a glance. They were beginning to feel like they were unwanted third wheels. Penny couldn't help but laugh and tease, "Mr. Sutton, you're so busy, yet you made time to join us for an office viewing. Could it be that you're interested in Jas?" Jasmine was sipping her tea when her unexpected comment caught her off guard. She ended up choking on her drink. Joshua gently patted her on the back before responding to Penny in a calm, measured tone. "We’re neighbors. It’s only natural to look out for each other." Though he didn't directly address whether he liked Jasmine, his natural concern for her spoke volumes and sparked plenty of speculation. Penny blinked and smiled.
