The siblings had a lot to talk about, after all. Rue took Nova because it had been a very long time since Samantha had seen Adrian. As a woman, she knew how much they must have missed each other, and Samantha must have had a lot of things she wanted to tell her husband. The room was filled with warmth with the moonlight shining in. Samantha had just taken a bath and was sitting on the bed in her nightgown, her face completely flushed. Her emotions showed how much she had missed Adrian, and how prepared she was for the night. After two hours, Samantha wrapped her arms around Adrian, extremely satisfied as she fell asleep. Adrian felt very relaxed too, a feeling he had not felt over the past few months. All of the pressure that had weighed on him disappeared the moment Gloria was cured. He slept soundly, while Samantha enjoyed his warm embrace that she had not felt for a very long time. They ended up sleeping until twelve noon, and they woke up because of Nova's crying. Samantha was especially sensitive when it came to her daughter’s cries. She hurriedly sat up and patted Adrian. "Adrian, wake up. It's late." She then put on her pajamas and walked out of the room Rue was feeding Nova milk in the living room. Gracia, Gloria, and Joanna had already woken up a long time ago and were chatting in the living room as well. When Joanna saw Samantha come out of the room, she said, "Well, good morning!" Samantha rolled her eyes and picked up Nova, and the latter finally stopped crying. She even smiled. Samantha then returned to her room to freshen up. Adrian woke up and headed toward the bathroom. When he saw Samantha standing before the mirror, he said, "I may have to head out today, but I won't have to anymore after things at Wyvern Peak settle down. Gloria will be staying home. Please take care of her since she's still weak." Samantha put on her lipstick as she said, "Don't worry, I'll take good care of her."
