Tyler swooped down and landed just outside the garden grove in Emperor's Cove. It was a massive estate, the largest in Sapphire City. From above, its map looked like a city by itself. As Tyler's wings retreated into his back, he lowered Natalie to the ground. As soon as the young woman's feet touched the soil, she acted like a feral animal. The young woman jumped into an attack stance and shoved Tyler hard. She rained a dozen punches on his chest. Naturally, the girly attack had no effect on him. It was battling against a mountain. "What the hell was that?" Natalie raged. "You have wings?" "What if you had dropped me? What are we doing in Emperor's Cove?" Natalie's questions and complaints were numerous and whiny. They went on for an entire minute. She stopped speaking only after she was gasping for breath. Tyler had been watching Natalie silently with a thin smile. Noticing she had stopped acting like a beast, he stepped forward. The young man cupped and nursed her cheek affectionatel
