Before Callum could say anything, Franklin continued coldly, "Callum, Zaria doesn't want you anymore. She doesn't love you anymore. You love Cyrene, anyway. Ria doesn't need your pity-like affection. You don't deserve her!
"I cherish the person you didn't. I treat her like a treasure. Isn't Cyrene enough for you? Ria has let go of you. Why are you still hung up on her?"
Callum fell silent.
Zaria had treated him very well. She loved him.
He knew this better than anyone.
Now, she had married someone else. She was no longer by his side and bothering him, and he no longer needed to make up for the mistakes he had made. Why was he still dissatisfied?
He didn't know.
He only knew that he couldn't let go of Zaria, or else he would regret it for the rest of his life.
Callum voiced out his exact thoughts.
But Franklin didn't want to continue discussing these meaningless topics with Callum.
