Aurora's POV The children had a lot of fun with Xavier today. He took them to their favourite park, bought ball dresses for Jannie and tuxedos for Jay. I hid my smile as they filled my ears with every detail of their day. He also took them to watch a Broadway show and the photos they took were cute and funny-Xavier looked like he was out of place but the wide smile on his face as Jannie squeezed was enthralling. When he arrived, I had dashed into my room and left Mum to attend to him. He had left a few minutes later after a little argument ensued between him and Mom. I suspected it was because of me. Mom refused to say a word about it when I asked but as she cleared her throat and stole subtle glances at me right now, I suspected what she was about to talk about.
