Judy’s POV Everything happened so fast; the gunshots sounded, and the screaming began. I could see the smoke from the gunfire in my peripheral and before I could even comprehend what was happening, Gavin was grabbing my arm and pulling me behind him in a show of defense and protection. “Everybody, get down!!” He barked, his Lycan aura powerful. Nobody could resist his order, and soon, everybody fell to the ground. Screams continued as the gunshots grew louder. I heard growling and then suddenly it hit me… the scent. “Rogues…” I whispered. “We need to get everybody to the packhouse,” Gavin told me, keeping himself posted in front of me.
