The memories that popped into my head that day never came back. But I knew that Ethan really wanted to kill me. My past is like a fog. Since running out, Ethan has been watching me even more closely, making sure I'm in his sight at all times of the day except when he goes to work and when he comes back. Dealing with work wasn't in the den anymore either, it simply moved to the living room, where I watched my bubble drama while he read the paperwork and watched me. Whenever his scrutinizing eyes looked over, I looked like I was swinging for the fences of indifference. Only the sight of the scar on the top of his head brought an unspoken sourness to his heart. Getting along is also quite harmonious. [Dang.] There is a knock on the front door and Ethan looks over cautiously, [Who?] [Hello, I'm the new next door neighbor.] A delicate female voice sounded. Ethan frowned slightly and, though reluctantly, rose politely, his tall back blocking the door lock, and a dozen seconds pass
