Chapter 31
Jonathan's expression remained unchanged as I continued to bite him. After a long pause, I slowly released my grip.
He glanced at the clear bite marks on his hand, wiped them with a tissue, and then looked at me with a calm expression. "Are you satisfied now?"
I spat and stood up to rinse my mouth.
As I turned, I saw Jonathan standing silently at the bathroom door, watching me without saying a word.
After a moment, he said, "Since you're being difficult, you should stay here and calm down for a while."
"Who are you to lock me up?" I snapped, feeling displeased. "What about Alicia?"
Jonathan frowned. "What does she have to do with this?"
I scoffed. "She'll probably be over to visit Grandpa frequently. Aren't you worried the two of us will cross paths and cause you more trouble?"
"You do realize you're causing me trouble, right?"
