Cedric grabbed Noelle by the wrist. "That's a crime in my eyes."
Noelle twisted her body to the side and tried to throw him over her shoulder. However, when she used her strength, it was ineffective.
Cedric stared at the woman in front of him, wondering why the move felt so familiar. Noelle then looked back at him. "You win this time!"
Cedric released her hand and looked at her suspiciously. "Who taught you self-defense?"
She rubbed her wrist and replied, "What self-defense? And why should I tell you? Do I even know you that well?"
With that, she turned and left the private room. Noelle had long since forgotten who had taught her self-defense.
Everything that happened in the past was no longer within her memory. Cedric watched her leave and then glanced down at his own hand.
