Sister and Brother
Orva's face was full of anger. "Stephen, are you in a relationship with me just to cheat me into making money for your sister?"
Stephen, Perry.
Were they siblings?
Stephen looked like a hooligan. I didn't understand why a well-behaved girl like Orva would choose a man like him to be her boyfriend.
For a moment, I felt a little sorry for Orva.
Stephen just shrugged his shoulders and sat down in front of his stall. "Orva, don't be so mean to your boyfriend. I just teased you. You were willing to come out and work with me."
"You were sl*tty and were willing to elope with a man. Don't forget that you have a contract with Perry. You can't leave if you don't make five million dollars for her."
"Oh, by the way, Mr. Luis has slept with you once, and he is very satisfied. If you go to beg Mr. Luis now, maybe Mr. Luis will save you when he is happy."
Stephen's words sent chills down my spine.
If it weren't for the fact that Abdi and the others were in a hurry to use people that day, would I also sign the five-million-dollar contract of selling myself?
I looked at Orva subconsciously. She stood there, her shoulders trembling slightly. She bit her lower lip tightly and glared at Stephen.
Her teary eyes were full of humiliation and resentment.
However, Stephen had no intention of letting her go. He held the crossed leg with his hands and raised his voice. "You used to be a prostitute. Do you think you are the inheritor of intangible cultural heritage by setting up a handmade stall here? Dream on, you will be a whore for the rest of your life. You are a complete whore. You might as well go back with me and make some money when you are young."
His voice was very loud, attracting the attention of many people around him.
I didn't know how to describe this feeling.
It was as if they had already taken off Orva's clothes with their eyes. Their faces were full of contempt and hatred. If I were Orva, I would probably find a hole to hide in.
Orva took a deep breath and forced back the tears in her eyes. "I won't go back with you even if I die!"
Stephen didn't seem to have expected that Orva would be so determined. He grabbed her wrist and said, "Do you think you have a chance to make the final decision? If you don't go back with me today, I will ask my sister to find someone to tie you up tomorrow."
"No, it's a demonic cave!" Orva struggled desperately, but Stephen was so strong that she was dragged away more than half a meter in an instant.
Orva cried desperately, "Help!"
There were a lot of spectators around, including some young and strong men, but none of them came forward to help.
What an indifferent world.
I held my phone and stood in front of Stephen. "You're not allowed to leave. How dare you take away a girl in broad daylight?"
Stephen stopped and looked at me with his mouth tilted. His eyes were as wretched as Mr. Williams's. "Girl, are you acting in a TV series with me? What b*llshit lines are you talking about? Take away a girl in broad daylight? I've seen a hero saving a beauty. It's the first time I've seen a beauty saving a hero."
I looked at him and thought of Mr. Williams. I took two steps back in disgust and said, "Let her go, or I'll call the police!"
"Call the police? Bah, do you know who my sister is serving? How dare you call the police. I think you look good. Let's make money together today!"
As he spoke, he came over to pull my wrist.
Relying on my agility, I flashed back and hid in the crowd. "Who your sister is serving has nothing to do with me. I only know that you will be caught soon."
I raised my hand and found that the call to the police had been picked up. I shouted at them, "Sky Cultural Tourism Street!"
"You're courting death."
Stephen let go of Orva and pounced on me.
Orva cried and hugged his thigh. "Kelly, run. Don't worry about me."
Her voice was so hysterical that it pierced into my heart like a thorn.
I was in a trance for a moment. Stephen had already pushed the crowd aside. He grabbed my arm with one hand and said, "B*tch, I have to find a few men to rape you today. I'll show you what a real ganster is!"
"Bah!" I snorted. "This is a society ruled by law. I don't believe that you can be lawless."
Orva stood in front of me, crying and begging Stephen. "I beg you, let her go. I'll go with you. I'll go back and make money for you, okay?"
"Orva!" I immediately stopped her. "Why? Don't go with him. Let's see what he can do!"
Hearing this, Stephen's eyes turned scarlet. He pushed Orva away and said, "Get out of my way!"
Seeing that he was about to pounce on me, I wanted to hide in the crowd again.
But these cold-blooded onlookers made way for me when they saw me coming over.
Weren't they helping Stephen?
When would the police arrive?
Just as I was about to be caught by Stephen, a scream came from behind me.
Stephen leaned back on the ground and covered his stomach in pain.
The crowd burst into a discussion. "There's really someone who dares to meddle in other people's business these days."
"That's right. According to what he said, the two girls are not good."
My chest rose and fell violently. Only then did I find a tall and thin man standing next to Stephen. The man was wearing a pure black suit, and he was not eye-catching on Civil Street at night.
The moment he turned his head to look at me, I suddenly realized it was Abdi.
For a moment, I seemed to have caught a savior. I hid behind him and shouted, "Big Brother, this person wants to take a girl away."
Abdi's face was cold. "Why are you in trouble every time I see you?"
"This time, it's really not my fault. I'm just and righteous." I felt a little wronged. Was it wrong to do nice things?
On the ground, Stephen came to his senses from the pain and struggled to get up. "Where did you come from? How dare you spoil my plan? Do you know who my sister is?"
"Perry." I immediately added.
In my impression, Perry could do anything to please Abdi.
When Abdi heard about Perry, his delicate face was full of disdain. "Who?"
"The Queen of the Night, Perry!" I emphasized again.
Abdi took off his suit jacket and handed it to me. Then he untied his collar and cuffs, turned his head, and said, "I haven't beaten someone for a long time."
Bang.
He gave Stephen a heavy kick. "How many times have I told Perry that if a girl is willing, you can do whatever you want? If she doesn't want to and you take her away by force, it'll be your problem."
Stephen howled in pain on the ground, unable to get up at all.
Bang.
Boodie gave him another kick.
"My brother is so violent!" I looked at him with a grin. Orva had already been scared out of her wits. "Kelly, will someone die?"
"I don't think so."
I pulled her back and shouted, "Brother, don't kill anyone."
However, what Abdi said next made me think of a more violent scene.
