Theodore didn't join them for dinner, and there was no way Natalie would head to his hotel.

If it weren't for Natalie, he wouldn't have even bothered going. He didn't think it was necessary to send Theodore to the train station. If it were up to him, he would've had Theodore take a cab. It was just that simple.
