Alina's POV
"Alina, I'm heading out to buy some groceries and household supplies. If you're tired, take a rest," my mom said as she got ready to leave.
I started unpacking the suitcase, taking everything out piece by piece.
"Mom, be careful when you're out. I'm not tired yet, so I'll finish unpacking first."
"Alright, I'll be back soon."
After she left, the house suddenly became very quiet.
I quickly finished unpacking and then went to check on the kids.
Rhea was still asleep, and Noah was lying beside her with his eyes closed.
I tiptoed out of the room, letting out a small sigh, my face showing a faint sadness.
