Derek didn’t flinch. “This isn’t a courtesy call. We’re here for justice.”
“This,” I said, keeping my voice steady, “is the proof we’ve been working on.”
Dominic’s eyes never left me, even as his fingers brushed the worn edges of the folder. His expression was unreadable, like he was trying to keep a dam of emotions behind that impassive Alpha mask of his. I didn’t let it rattle me. Not this time.
“The message that lured my mother away that night—it’s all in there,” I continued. “It matches her statement word for word. The time, the phrasing… everything. And it didn’t come from within this pack. It came from Nightfang. We have the logs, we have the IP trace, and the time stamps. A full digital trail. You are well aware that my mother has no connection with Nightfang pack so it’s quite clear that someone is trying to frame her.”
