OLIVIA’S POV
After we cleaned up and dried off, we dressed and moved quietly so as not to wake the twins. Dominic helped me
pack their bags and get their uniforms ready, something I never imagined I’d see him do. It was barely eight in the morning, and our house was already buzzing with the usual Monday madness—Noah complaining about mismatched socks, me trying to braid Aria’s wild curls while she squirmed, and Dominic attempting to coordinate breakfast while keeping an eye on the twins like a hawk.
I was in the kitchen packing their tiffins when I heard a dramatic sigh followed by the thud of tiny feet stomping into the living room.
“Daddy,” Aria said, dragging the word out as if it weighed a hundred pounds.
Dominic looked up from his coffee, one brow raised. “Yes, princess?”
She crossed her arms over her chest and stuck out her bottom lip in a perfectly exaggerated pout. “Do we have to go to school today?”
I froze mid-sandwich. Here we go.
“Yes,” Dominic said firmly, not even missing
