Chapter 1101: Luring the Tiger Away from the Mountain
"It's not the first time. You should be used to it by now."
Nelson didn't move. He softly repeated Jaquan's words, "One night, one hour."
Jaquan stood behind him.
In the shadows, Nelson's features were starkly defined, a faint smile emerging. He suddenly asked, "Jaquan, do you know why you lost to me back then?"
Jaquan squinted his eyes. Given the current situation, it was clear he had won.
"You are too shallow."
After saying this, Nelson got up and walked straight out.
"What do you mean?" Jaquan couldn't help but ask.
"Nothing." Nelson paused, turning his head slightly, "The time is up; I should leave."
The meaning behind his words was off, and Jaquan's expression changed instantly. He frowned, pondering, but something felt wrong. "Impossible... Could it be..."
Just then, his phone on the table started vibrating frantically. He glanced at the caller ID, and his face turned even darker.
