Susan thought it was even more unnecessary now for the children to be close to Marco.
“Aunt, did I do wrong?" Marco asked.
“No, no." She quickly waved her hand and tried to explain, "She has been naughty these days. I'm afraid that she will cry."
“I watched her growing up, and I'm familiar with her. If I hug her, she wouldn't cry."
“Marco." Janelle walked over quickly and said, "Mom, it's getting cold now. You'd better take Ava back."
“Okay." Susan held Ava and said goodbye to Marco before she left in a hurry.
"Have you eaten yet?" Janelle asked.
Marco smiled faintly. "Nope, will you cook for me?"
"Yes."
The two of them looked at each other and smiled.
