The bed had decent bounce, but Anna still banged the back of her head hard enough to feel it. She didn't even get a second to rub it—pure instinct kicked in, and she rolled over, trying to bolt off the bed. Like the old saying goes: beds are cozy traps, breeding grounds for trouble!
