Chapter 43: A Decision Made

Talon stared at Tina, speechless for a long time. Tina had been behind the door, and he hadn't even noticed her! What exactly did she want to do? As if in answer to his question, Tina's smile brightened, "For yesterday's incident, I'm avenging the past. You can't feel wronged, Uncle Talon!" Her expression was seemingly calm, not a trace of anger on her face. Yet, she seemed as fearsome as a demon. "You!" Talon pointed at Tina, "You're a disaster!" "Enough, Talon!" Hugo suddenly roared, "Rebecca is your sister, you did that to her, and now you dare to insult Tina? Do you really think I'm afraid to fall out with you?" He was full of regret. Especially regretful. Back then, knowing Elizabeth didn't like Tina's mother, he had buried himself in work, believing that if he worked harder, Elizabeth would change her view of Tina's mother. He had completely neglected his family. If it weren't for Tina bringing it up today, he wouldn't have known what had happened back then. "Leave my house imm
