A sudden silence entered the room but it didn't stay for long because the pregnant man's younger brother broke it. "Bro! W- what d- di-did you say?" Glenn asked with glassy eyes. "I can't give birth to this child." Bryce said while staring at his lap. Winter's body just slumped down with fear and shock. This was not expected from Bryce. Even Mel was shaken but Glenn seemed to be the most hurt. "Bro! You, how could you even say that?" Glenn asked with warm tears running down his pale cheeks. "I was never aware of this baby's arrival and I never wanted it. It doesn't make any sense to give birth to it." Bryce mumbled angrily. Before Winter could plead Bryce, Glenn interrupted.
