Harris's POV When I wake up the next morning, I expect to see my mate next to me, but when I don't, I start panicking. I get out of bed, and I'm about to run out of my room when I hear the shower on. I relax slightly, and I get back into bed. I was worried that I was either dreaming about finding my mate, or that she went back to that other Alpha named Jastin or something. A few minutes later, my mate steps out of the bathroom and she's only wearing a towel. Water droplets from her hair fall down to the exposed skin of neck, and trail down until I can't see them because of that stupid towel. My wolf growls in approval as we watch our mate.
