Chapter 24
The moon hung high in the sky as Cyril followed all the way, finally bringing the car to a stop in front of the villa.
He watched as Tommy helped Trisha into the villa, but Tommy never came back out. The lights inside remained brightly lit, but Cyril didn't dare to go up and ring the doorbell.
The curtains in the master bedroom upstairs were drawn, but he could vaguely see two fingers moving inside. Before long, the lights went out, and the villa sank into complete darkness.
Cyril clenched his fists, his sharp nails piercing into his palms, yet he didn't feel any pain at all.
Who was that man?
He clearly bore no resemblance to Ethan, so why would Trisha allow him to stay by her side?
Cyril was the one who looked the most like Ethan. He was willing to do anything as long as Trisha would take him back and let him stay by her side.
