You guys should stay here and get some rest. I'm going out for a bit." Perseus issued a few instructions to Catherine and Camilla after pondering for a moment and strode out after Lavender. Perseus considered himself well-acquainted with Lavender's erratic nature from their recent time together. Though she was undoubtedly unpredictable and guarded myriad secrets, he knew she wasn't one to speak without substance. "Hold on, Lavender. I need to ask you something," Perseus said after catching up to Lavender, who appeared to be making her way down the mountain. "What's up?" Lavender turned back with a knowing smile, as though she had been expecting Perseus all along. "You came over to seal that portal beneath Snowmelt Lake, right? How could you just leave now?"
