Edward said apprehensively, "Mr. Lucero has always admired young people who are serious about relationships, and his wife desires to own the Ocean Star. If you give the Ocean Star to him as a gift, I'm sure he'll promise you anything." That was how it happened. A waiter had already brought Edward's car to the entrance of the hotel. Before he bent down to sit in, Edward suddenly put his hand on Annabelle's neck and leaned down. The second when their lips were about to stick together, Annabelle didn't feel the familiar smell of tobacco. With a sudden shock, she wrenched herself away and took a step back, watching him warily. "I'm just kidding. Wish you good luck!" Edward smiled playfully and patted her forehead. Although it was a joke, Callan's cold and heartless face flashed in her mind for no reason. The palpitations caused made Annabelle unable to calm
