Cassandra didn't think twice. She assumed Julia wanted to speak with her, so she followed the staff member quietly.

Instead of being brought to Julia's room, she was led to the backyard's stone grotto and fish pond.

During her prior visits, Cassandra had been too occupied with fitting in to pay attention to the pond. Now, seeing it with fresh eyes, she found it stunningly beautiful.
Out of nowhere, a figure stepped out from beside the stone grotto.
