Scarlett's POV I watched as two younger men looked at each other before advancing side by side, their blades raised. "We'll fight you both," one said boldly. Kathleen's eyes widened. "Don't tell me you're going to accept—" I didn't let her finish and smiled at the two. "Okay, come on." "You're crazy!" I heard Kathleen exclaim, but she didn't try to stop me—in fact, her tone was full of excitement, as if she couldn't wait to see what would happen. The two rushed at me in unison once I gave permission. One came from the left, the other from the right. I blocked, spun, and struck—each movement flowing as naturally as breath. Their blades clashed against my staff, but I pressed on, forcing them back step by step. "You'll have to coordinate better than that if you want to defeat me," I taunted. "Don't underestimate us!" one snapped, swinging a high blow—but his partner was a moment too late, and their positions were thrown off. I shoved one into the other and knocked them both sprawling int
