Scarlett's POV I watched as the blade made contact with my skin and a quick sting followed. Blood welled, crimson droplets sliding down my arm and falling into the ceremonial cup, turning the water dark. The priest, Orrin, collected it carefully, taking two ceremonial cups as he mixed my blood with Lucien's.
