"How have you been these days, Scarlett?" he asked calmly, his gaze never leaving mine as he offered me a seat on the bed.
I looked at the bed, stained with blood, and pulled off the sheet, tossing it aside before sitting down to face him.
"Better than ever," I replied coldly. "Also, the first thing you should do when you get back to the Crescent Moon is to warn your Luna not to mess with me—otherwise, I might forget I have any conscience left and mistake her for a punching bag. You don't want your heir to get involved, right?"
His gaze darkened. "I don't care what you do to Faye, but if I see you harm my heir, I will kill you."
