Chapter 804 It’s Her Scheme

After Yuliana Lynch had expressed her gratitude, Gregory Graham asked her to leave. Then, he asked Mr. Osborne to make some tea and continued his discussion with Shimon Flinders. Up until sunset. Gregory and Shimon walked out of the drawing room together. Gregory sent his guest to the entrance and said, "Mr. Flinders, since you have something to do, I won't keep you for dinner. Let’s talk in more detail when we have time." Shimon nodded and seemed to have remembered something. He suddenly said, "Gregory, that lady staying here...If there's no other situation, I hope you can treat her well on my behalf." Gregory raised his eyebrows. Obviously, it was a bit abrupt and impolite to say this as a guest. However, Gregory did not question him and just nodded with a smile. "Mr. Flinders, since you’ve said it, I’m naturally obligated to do so." Shimon stalled. He looked at Gregory with a meaningful look, but did not say anything in the end and turned to leave. The car then disappeared at the chateau’s gate. Behind him, Harold walked up and looked in the direction of the car. His brows slightly furrowed. He curiously asked, "Boss, do you think Shimon Flinders will really take the bait?" Gregory hooked up the corner of his lips. His slightly narrowed eyes were glittering. "He will." As long as it was anything related to that woman, even if there was only a 70% or 80% resemblance, he would. Harold was also mentally shaken at the sight of his boss and did not ask any more questions. Gregory stood for a moment before he turned around to walk inside. On the other side. Yuliana had gone to the main building, cried for no apparent reason, and came back with a muddled mind. She sat in the room and was still puzzled. As she thought of Gregory's cold appearance in the meeting room just now, her heart was anxious. ‘What on earth had provoked him?’ ‘They had already previously agreed to not send her back, so why did he suddenly change his mind now?’ ‘Was there really something I didn’t do well enough to piss him off?’ Yuliana sat in her room and pondered, but after thinking for a long time, she could not figure out what she had done wrong recently. Finally, there was a flash of light in her head. Was it because… That f*cking b*tch! Yes, that had to be it. Before this, Yuliana was doing just fine in the chateau. Ever since that woman had left, got into trouble, and came back, Gregory's attitude towards her had changed. The last time when Gregory took Yuliana out to play golf, he was so affectionate and nice to her. After that, it was a long time before he was willing to see her. Then, there was that woman’s drama. When he saw her again, his attitude towards her was not as amicable as before. This time, he even wanted to chase her away so frankly? That woman must have said something in front of him! Yes, it must be! Yuliana could not think of any other reason for Gregory to change his mind out of the blue, other than Vickie sowing discord in front of him. When she considered this, she could not help but feel her heart itch with hatred. ‘Vickie Thomas! If you dare to sabotage me, then I won't let you off either!’ As she thought about this, she could not help but take a deep breath. Then, her eyes turned as she started scheming. In the evening, Gregory finished his dinner and surprisingly did not go back to his study for work. Instead, he asked Harold to gather a few people and went to the chateau’s dojo to practice boxing. When Gregory was a child, he was in poor health. Most of the knowledge he could not learn from books was taught by the knowledgeable and talented Grandpa Glenn. His kungfu, on the other hand, was taught by another professional teacher since he was a child. As a result, he was able to build up his weak body over the years. Even so, the roots of his illness, which were inborn, could not be eliminated and he could only depend on a daily medication to sustain his life. Nonetheless, it was not an illness that would show any symptoms. Therefore, even if he was severely unwell internally, his appearance was no different from an ordinary person. None of the people around him knew of his condition, even those as close as Harold. The only one who knew was Mr. Osborne, who had brought him up since he was a child. When Gregory arrived at the dojo, the few sparring partners Harold had gathered had already arrived. They were all brawny, muscular men, and only wore a black vest on their bodies. From afar, they looked as big as mountains. Compared to them, Gregory, who was wearing only a black T-shirt, looked much leaner and slimmer. Although his bulging T-shirt still revealed the man’s strong build underneath, when compared to them, Gregory looked like a weak scholar with no chance of winning. When the group saw him, they shouted respectfully in unison, "Boss." Gregory nodded in response and walked to the center of the mat, but instead of letting them go one by one, he beckoned them and said, "Come together." After he said that, everyone’s expression changed, and started to move their bodies. When Gregory was not moving, they only felt that the man in front of them was as weak as a schoolboy. Once he fought them, however, they realized that he was far more powerful and fierce than he appeared to be. Every move and every punch hit them at just the right spot. Not a minute faster nor a second slower. His force exertion and the grasp of his body had almost reached the state of perfection. It did not take long for the group of people to be beaten down. Gregory firmly landed on the ground. His gaze sharply swept across the group and in a deep voice, he said, "Get up!" Those people, although still in pain, heard his voice and stood up with gritted teeth. Gregory shouted in a deep voice, "Again!" After he said that, he struck out his fist. The group saw this and could only welcome the fight head-on. Logically, with five people against one, they should not lose by any means. Moreover, Gregory had always forbidden them to purposely lose the fight, so if they started to fight, they would definitely use all their means and strength. With so many of them, even with one person controlling each side, it should be enough to subdue Gregory. The truth, however, was that they did not even manage to catch one of Gregory’s limbs. His movements were just too swift. All of his moves were so vicious and treacherous that they simply did not know where his next move would come from, let alone the killer moves he had waiting for them. He was like a nimble swallow or a slippery fish. They could not hit or catch him no matter how hard they tried. Moreover, if they made the slightest mistake, they would be knocked down. It took only 20 moves or so before the group was beaten down by him again. Gregory took one look at them, and this time, he finally showed mercy and did not force them to continue. "Get up, that's it for today." The group heard these words as if they had received a great amnesty. They hurriedly got up from the ground, and after they acknowledged him, they helped each other walk to the side. Harold, who had been waiting on the side, handed Gregory a clean towel and water right on time.
