Mona walked into the ward. She gently patted Grandma Beth’s shoulder and whispered, “Grandma, take a rest first. I’ll watch Grandpa Gray for you and call you when he wakes up.” Grandma Beth opened her dazed eyes and looked confusedly at Mona and Thaddeus in the ward.
