Ava's POV Things with Joseph have been going really well lately. Especially after learning that my mom and grandma are safe, and having Joseph accompany me to resolve the threatening letter situation, I've started to feel like my life is heading in a normal direction. But the club manager told Eleanor that he hasn't found the footage she requested yet. He needs more time to check the backups. So I still don't know exactly what happened between Joseph and that slut Sophia in the parking lot the night before Caroline's wedding. Until I figure that out, I'm planning to make him work for it. Right now, I need extraordinary self-control to resist begging Joseph to fuck me in that filthy, mind-blowing way that drives me absolutely wild. But I won't let him win this game. I have to admit, though, when I told him I wanted to sleep, his expression was priceless. He knows me well, knows I have stamina and wouldn't typically tap out after just one round.
