Till she sat down at the desk, she hadn't calmed down. The earlier scene kept flashing across her mind. She didn't understand why that man had lost his mind. Surprised to receive the call, he answered it with a sullen face. Before he could say anything, Gloria stated, "I'm going to see Karen tonight." His face clouded over. "What for?" She gave a cold laugh. "Weren't you the one who told me to visit her often?" His brows were locked in a frown. "Let's go together after work."
