"I have a rough idea of what happened," said Felix. "Please let Jeannie go back to Lynora City, Grandma. I'll pick her up."
"What?" Mary asked in surprise.
"Let go, Mrs. Harrington Senior. I have to leave quickly, or I'll really miss the plane," Jean pleaded, breaking free of Mary's grasp and rushing away with her suitcase.
"Oh, right. Why were you looking for me, Felix?" she asked as she ran.
"Oh, that. Your queen said that she was going to Jargonia next weekend. Didn't you want to go shopping with her?" Felix asked gently with a hint of a smile in his voice.
"What? Really? That's great!" Jean exclaimed happily, even seeming to gain a spring in her step.
Mary pointed toward Jean's retreating figure, at a loss for words. "T-That young lady…"
